Why you really joined the show?

I'm done with being judged and for failing with girls. I know I try too hard... It hurts me too... I just don't know what to do... and it's really annoying, so I though... well, maybe that I could, you know, finally find someone here? Someone who doesn't care that I try too hard.

If you could only eat one thing for the rest of your life, what would it be?

A good chocolate cake, definitely. When it's all soft and fluffy, yes.

What's your relationship with your mother like?

I don't have a very good relationship with my mother. She cried all the time and I was never good enough to make her smile. I don't talk to her very much these days, for fear she'll yell at me again.

If you could have any sidekick that was a combination of ANY two animals, what would it be and why?

I'd love for it to be a mixture of a wolf and a bear. It could be extremely deadly but also very cuddly.

Any siblings?

I have an older brother, but he's 10 years older than me and got out of the house much quicker. I'm jealous, so jealous.

I'm not entirely sure. I could probably see myself friends with Wesley, because he seems cool and pretty chill, maybe Natalia. Sara, definitely. I think we'd both have a few things to talk about.

I don't know. How does one know? I think everyone's pretty, but I don't... I don't think they'd like me, so... I don't know.

Are you in school? What's your major?

I'm almost graduating, I can't wait. I'm a writing major. I know it won't get me anywhere, but it's always been an escape, a way to get out my frustrations. In writing... I can be as overpowering and poetic as I want, without scaring people away.

Does love = sex and vice versa?

No, I don't think either of them equal that. It depends on the person, really.

Favorite swear word?

Fuck, without a doubt. It relieves a lot of stress.

Harry Potter.

I hate any kind of fruity drinks. What's the point of drinking them if you can't taste the alcohol?

Yes, I have. I occasionally smoke weed because it calms me down.

I've slept with about three, because they were so drunk, they didn't care what I said.

What would you most likely be doing on a Friday night?

I'd most likely be curling up with a movie and a cup of hot chocolate, trying to get up the courage to go out to meet people.

Relationship goals? 

I just want a relationship where the girl isn't out to get me or using me for something. I want one where we can talk about anything and she doesn't care that I don't always know what I'm doing. I want to just have fun. Is there anything wrong in that? It could be a guy too, I guess?

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

Hopefully, I'll finally have someone who cares about me and we'll have a house and a kid or two. I want to be writing novels and spending time with my family.

Would you rather live in an apartment or a detached house, why?

A house. I want to be able to be on my own. I want a big backyard with a little garden in the back and a big warm fireplace.

Do you, honestly, think you would survive in a horror movie?

I don't think so. I'd probably be far too afraid to do anything logical.

Would you rather be cold or hot?

I'd rather be cold because then I can wear comfortable clothes and lay around on the couch all day.

Dream vacation?

I'd love to just have a week on a small island, eating, relaxing and enjoying the sun with someone I love.

1. Mother Knows Best--Tangled

Guess I knew this day was coming, Knew that soon you'd want to leave the nest. Soon, but not yet.

Trevor's mother constantly tries to manipulate and control Trevor. Whether it be by driving him to and from school and saying that learning how to drive would be a waste of time or right here at Camp. Trevor's mother has an image of how she thinks her son should act and she has absolutely no intention of giving up on her idea of the perfect son regardless of distance, Trevor's age or even Trevor's thoughts on the matter.

2. A Well Respected Man--The Kinks

And he's oh, so good. And he's oh, so fine. And he's oh, so healthy in his body and his mind. He's a well respected man about town doing the best things so conservatively.

Trevor was raised to impress his mother's socialite friends so this is a general idea of how they see him. However, since there was so much pressure to always be seen as perfect, Trevor now has extreme difficulty in social settings unless he's comfortable with the person he's with because there's still a part of him that strives to be liked.

3. Miss Nothing (Acoustic Version)--The Pretty Reckless

My one mistake was that I never let you down.

Trevor's relationship with his mother is an odd one because Trevor's vaguely aware of what she's doing to him but he's so set in his need to please others that he'd never openly defy her. He did however, turn to punk rock music as a passive rebellious act at a young age because it is generally the least impressive genre to his mother's socialite friends. Since this act of defiance that was meant to be temporary during high school, Trevor's grown a bit attached to the genre and he continues to listen to it today much to his mother's dismay.

4. I Don't Know--Lostprophets

I don't know where to go. I don't know what to be. I don't know how to change from being me.

Since he was so adapted to trying to satisfy others, Trevor did and said things because they sounded impressive rather than because he wanted to. Here at Camp where there's not as much pressure to interest others, Trevor sometimes goes through an identity crisis where he questions whether he really likes things or whether he's grown accustomed to them because he originally thought them impressive. Though he tells himself it's because of the change of scenery, his ongoing identity crisis is the real reason he's not getting much sleep.

5. Say it Ain't So--Weezer

I never could do that which might hurt you.

Even though he avidly tries to impress others, Trevor's only really himself around a select few. Those few people not only get to see a side of Trevor that few get to experience, but they also get Trevor's complete and trust and undying loyalty. When it comes to the people he cares about, Trevor will never intentionally hurt them and if the situation calls for it, he'll protect the people he cares about even if it means putting himself in danger. If someone is a part of this small group of people with his absolute trust and they somehow betray this bond, that would be one of the worst possible ways to hurt Trevor.

2. Something that not many people know you own

Encyclopedias, I guess? I don't know, not many of the people I know know what I own.

3. What was the first cd you ever bought?

Sean Kingston's self-titled album. In 2007, a lot of my classmates were talking about him so I wanted to see what the fuss was about but...well, let's just say I found out the hard way that he's not my favourite artist.

4. Five favorite bands or artists?

The Dead Kennedys, The Smiths, The Ramones, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, and.... [Remembering now that his would be watching this, he added,] Bach.

5. If you could have any superpower, what would it be?

The power to absorb and use other people's powers.

6. Tea or coffee?

Coffee for caffeine, tea for everything else.

7. What movie can you watch again and again without getting bored of?

I don't know, the last movie I saw was March of the Penguins and it wasn't awful so, maybe that?

8. Favorite flavor of ice cream?

Neapolitan.

Shit.

10. Can money buy happiness?

Money can buy solace from debt or what have you and some consider that happiness but that usually comes with others' seeking favours, which to others, is a cause for unhappiness.

11. How many people have you slept with?

There are absolutely no viewers who care about my answer to this question. [Trevor deadpaned, as he shook his head and rolled his eyes.] Next.

12. What type of job are you hoping to have?

I'm hoping to go back to school to be an engineer because I really like to know how things work and it's really interesting so far! [He gushed then swallowed, partly from feelings of self-consciousness and partly because he remembered how restrictive his mother had been about school.] Nothing's for certain yet though.

13. Your guilty pleasure is?

People watching? Wow, that made me sound a lot creepier than I thought it would. I basically just like seeing how people interact with one another and I like to read their body language, if that makes sense.

14. Does love = sex?

Generally speaking, dopamine is one of the leading reasons people want to have sex but it isn't a reason as to why someone would stay in the morning, which some would see as love. Though they both involve attraction, love is the reason you'd remember someone's laugh, sex is the reason you might find that arousing.

15. Favorite things to put on a sandwich?

On a sandwich? A toothpick, I guess, but I usually like them just the way they are. [He smiled cheekily but when the interviewer didn't, he rolled his eyes a bit and answered.] Cheese, lettuce, you know, the basics.

16. Five tv series you love?

Cosmos, Daily Planet, Myth busters, the news and...[he realised now that the interviewer was probably looking for relatability or a plug.] MTV Cribs. [He finished, listing the first MTV show that came to mind and furrowing his brows at his own answer as he tried to imagine himself marathoning hours of celebrities showing off their homes.]

Relationship.

Depends on the person I'm with, I guess.

I'm looking to meet new people, if I happen to fall in love, that'd be great for both me and MTV, I'm sure.

I signed up because I thought I needed to get out and meet people? I'm kind of stuck in my old small town Michigan ways.
