I’d imagine they’d probably switch to ‘science mode’ and just start examining the kid like a test subject. Zim probably starts seeing it as a kid first in that case, since Dib really wants to figure out why and how it came out like that and sees it more as ‘alien hybrid’ than ‘my kid’.
