putting together an au where chrono cross happens in the 21st century and magus figures out schala will show up after all is said and done but the closest time period he can travel to in order to get there is 1999 so he does that and kinda just waits
(also the shaker brothers + ketchop are all goth trans women with a ska band. no i haven't thought about the actual playable characters yet. i'm so normal)
