I guess the thing that worries me with this new fungi infection that's going around in America rn is that the CDC said it's not anything to worry about, as long as you're healthy.
Putting aside that that can apply to literally any disease(I don't have to worry about being sick if I'm healthy? Really?), I think it's dishonest reporting to ignore how many people in America are very much not healthy, both those with chronic illness/disability, and also the more recent COVID and its effects on our immune systems, long COVID, etc...
