WITCHCRAFT TIP

If you are allergic to an ingredient in a spell do not use it in spells designed for you personally. Say you are making healing jar. You wouldn’t want to put something that actually harms you into said jar would you?

Take for instance me, I am now both topically and internally allergic to lavender. I would not use lavender in a healing jar for myself. It would have the opposite effect for me. While I CAN use it for others, using it for myself would be counterproductive.

NOTE: This is in reference to mild allergies. If you are allergic to something that needs you to take medication or go to the hospital you should never be using the allergen item anyways.

Last weekend I attacked the mob of vines that had accumulated on our back fence. I knew there was poison ivy in there, so I wore gloves and long sleeves and did my best to avoid what I could, but I'm allergic enough that I still reacted. Both forearms -- mostly at the wrist -- but also on both legs.

This is probably the worst I've had it since I woke up in Florida with a swollen face in 2018. Amy made me leave the office to go get a steroid shot.

Allergy medication sold nationwide recalled for potentially life-threatening mix-up with wrong pills

An over-the-counter allergy medication sold nationwide is being recalled for a mix-up with another medication that could potentially be life

Some lots of Zyrtec (brand name of Cetrizine) were mistakenly packed with “Ranitidine”, an acid reducer used to treat stomach ulcers.

If you suspect you have taken a dose from an effected lot, you should contact your doctor with any concerns.

Just found out my rashes that develop after being exposed by the cold is not normal and is in fact cold urticaria, a rare skin condition / allergy reaction that affects people that are exposed to cold temperatures, luckily I have a mild case of it and I'm not severely allergic, the more I know about myself I guess lol.
