This is the one tumblr themed rp that has stuck around for years and i remember this place though i was not personally apart of it. i just wanted to congratulate the people who keep this place running. I also wanted to ask if this is a closed rp or if it's open? I'm coming back to tumblr as a indie rper since i work a whole hell of a lot and i couldnt keep up with directory quota. Let me know! xx

Hi there! We’ve actually just rebooted the RP last month after having been inactive for quite some time, but we’re hoping to stick around for years going forward! 

This is a closed RP, but please don’t let that scare you off! Our activity requirements are not extreme- all we ask is one IC post/response a week, and we would be more than willing to work with you to make things easy for you to join in.

I remember this roleplay so clearly. You guys were one of the first directories to get me writing in OC / AU verse and there are so many great memories here. Tempted to join again!

Are people who don't have abilities allowed in the circus?

Yes, people without abilities or powers are allowed in the circus. However, because this is a supernaturally themed RP, we are limiting the number of “normal” characters we’ll accept. Our current cap is 2, one spot of which has already been taken. 

Any characters without supernatural abilities still need to have a role or function in the circus, though.

When are you doing your next acceptances?

Acceptance days are Wednesdays and Saturdays. The next scheduled day will be tomorrow. We get to them sooner if possible, but in this case the admins are unable to get to acceptances until tomorrow. We apologise for any inconvenience!-Admin Althaea

Are faceclaims limited to Korean and Japanese?

Absolutely not! We accept all face claims! However, admins do reserve the right to deny a face claim.

When do you accept applications?

Time is set aside on Wednesdays and Saturdays to accept applications. However, if time permits and admins are able, applications may possibly be accepted any day of the week.

Are electronics allowed at the Circus?

The circus is set modern day, so of course! Though there are some things to remember.

They set up the circus grounds in areas that aren’t very populated and often have spotty cell service at best.

The circus does not provide wifi. You have to figure that out yourself (at least for now).

The circus only has two small generators for charging electronics that are only open between 7am and noon. After that, they either need to supply their own way to charge wait until morning.
