Oh hey! You’re home! Good, we’ve gotta make a grocery list. We’re out of.... like, everything not baking related. I’ve resorted to fairy bread for dinner.

First Timer
Panic isn’t going to help, she knows that, but there’s an animal part of Mica’s brain that’s still shouting ‘flight!’ when she already turned to ‘fight’ and maxed out on it. Her hand’s still on her gun, her heartbeat is in her ears- and there’s blood all over the ground... And probably her.
She really thought she’d feel sick, the first time- but the only thing creeping up in her is the paranoia of getting caught.
She tries Ryan’s number and it’s a no-go and she just, on instinct, dials the most contacted number on her phone. When she hears the line pick up she tries to focus on her breathing- honestly, she’s surprised by how calm she sounds. “Hey Chris? Are you busy? I just killed a guy and I could use some help covering it up.”
If you’re not delivering coffee, get the fuck out of my office.
“Good Evening Los Santos!” Meg cheerfully said to the cameras. “This is Meg Denecour and Mark Fischbach here to give you the evening news.”
“And do we have a lot of news to give you all.” Mark chimed in, shifting through his papers. “Where shall we start this evening Meg?”
“Well Mark, I have received some interesting news from the police department. As you know, Halloween as only just a few days ago. I’m sure a lot of you were out celebrating, either with your kids trick or treating, or celebrating with friends.” Meg paused for a moment. “Then there were some that didn’t let the holiday stop them from going out and causing trouble. Multiple eyewitnesses have come forward to the police department, telling that they saw two teenagers commiting multiple candy related robberies throughout the area.”
“That is interesting, but what makes it different than the others?” Mark inquired.
“Well, the eyewitnesses said that both teenagers were dressed up as Los Santos’ very own ‘Mad King’. So it seems to the station that they might have wanted to imitate the man and use his status in the city to get what they want. The two teens have yet to be apprehended. But since it seems that no one was hurt during it, that they have heard of yet, the police have said it was most likely just a Halloween spree and nothing more. If someone does come forward it will change but that seems to be the end of that.”
“Spooky. Makes me wonder if the other members of Fake AH have ever had something like that happen before.”
“Oh I’m sure it has. But let’s move on to the next topic of the evening. Local reports of....”
[SMS: 80% Okay] What the fuck is that? [SMS: 80% Okay] Why are you sending my dog pictures? [SMS: 80% Okay] Otto is the fucking best one available, I don’t need other dogs in my life. [SMS: 80% Okay] ..You want to have a new puppy play with a dog years older than it? [SMS: 80% Okay] Sure. Why not? Not a damn thing could go wrong there..
Mica manages to wait patiently by the door she’s just knocked on, bouncing on her feet a little. She can understand that it takes a while, what with the traps and all... She just hopes that it’s Chris home, not Ryan. That’s just a little... Tense, still. When the door opens suddenly, with less fuss than she was imagining, Mica’s a bit spooked. With an ‘eep!’ she tosses one of the garment bags out of several in her hands (and more in the car) at Chris’ face.
“Uh- Merry Christmas? Belated Christmas? I really meant to drop these off when I dropped off Ryan’s--”
[There is a present on Mica's doorstep with a note that he helped get the door man to write saying "Merry Christmas and sorry for what happened before- Chris". Inside is a collection of the Hobbit movies]
Mica smiles a little sadly at the note, happily staring at the movies in her hands. It takes until Bilbo meets the Dwarves for her to very suddenly jerk in her seat and gasp.
“I didn’t leave Chris’ present with Ryan’s…”
Shit.
Am I going to keep coming home to you in the kitchen?
