El sábado de la semana pasada fui a desayunar con mi familia a un bonito café. De repente un señor se asomó por la ventana del café para ofrecer su trabajo artesanal. Cuando mi papá preguntó por el precio de una figura de 5 cm, el señor contestó que el precio era de $100.00 pesos, mi papá sin regatear, pagó. Cuando el señor se fue, mi padre dijo algo que siempre recordaré. "El trabajo de un artesano se admira y se debe pagar sin regatear porque lo que ellos hacen es con sus propias manos y recursos".
On Saturday of last week I went to breakfast with my family to a nice cafe. Suddenly a man looked out the window of the cafe to offer his craft. When my father asked for the price of a figure of 5 cm, the man answered that the price was $ 100.00 pesos, my father did not bargain, he paid. When the man left, my father said something that I will always remember. "The work of an artisan is admired and must be paid without bargain because what they do is with their own hands and resources."
