the students may now live on campus, but most of the teachers still reside in their own homes and apartments nearby, and toshinori has taken to following aizawa when the day is finally over. their apartment complexes aren’t too far apart from one another, and their route quickly matched up for the most part. as they walk, toshinori scrolls through his phone, focused on something if the furrow in his brow is anything to go by.
“ how the hell do you balance everything, aizawa? ” he finally asks. “ i think i had an easier schedule when my job was strictly combat training. this is i n s a n e . . . ”
