Gestureworks Demos at CeBIT

Mar 4, 2013 - Gestureworks software will be on display at the CeBIT conference in Hannover, Germany starting tomorrow. CeBIT describes itself as "the world's largest trade fair showcasing digital IT and telecommunications solutions for home and work environments." 

Our software built with Gestureworks Flash and Gestureworks Core will be in a few different booths at CeBit. 

Highlights include the 3M Touch Solutions booth (Hall 15, Stand B16) which will have Gestureworks-built software running on their 46" multitouch displays. (In case you missed it, we recently showed our software and an Ideum / 3M multitouch table prototype in the 3M booth at Digital Signage Expo.)

Also at CeBIT, check out MyMultitouch's booth (Hall 17, Stand H55) where they will be demoing a 4K application built with Gestureworks on a custom-built 4K multitouch display.

As it’d be poor taste to start singing So Long, Farewell from The Sound of Music, we’ll have to settle for a cheery auf wiedersehen and some fond memories of our week in Hannover. Admittedly, this year’s show was hardly a vintage for consumer tech news (something of a trend this year, non?), but we certainly saw a few things that made the trip worthwhile.
