"COYOTE FEVER"
by Cecilia and Beah Romero
"It’s so inspiring just looking at a blank wall. You’re given the bigger space and.... all of a sudden there are just so many more possibilities to create, so much more space and it’s just a really awesome sense of freedom." —Cecilia Romero in @AmadeusMagazine
Painting on the side of @LittleJoyLA bar, at Sunset Blvd and Portia St in Los Angeles, self-taught artist Cecilia Romero says the coyote mural painted in 2018 with her twin sister Beah serves as "a vibrant reminder that we share the city with the wild things under the California sun." Channeling the deep connection of twins, Beah and Cecilia share a variety of creative passions and when they're not painting together they're likely teaching or practicing yoga, or writing songs together and fronting for a rock band— @FlamesofDurga. @cecilia_paints/ @beah_creates/
