Usually key xD In Turkey, it’s kind of a russian roulette - but suffice to say, I save my ass by speaking english - that way, they don’t know what I’m saying, so they just.. let me go my own way.

But like.. my ideal horror is “psychological” sort. I don’t like mindless gore - even if there is a plot. Hence why I wasn’t too keen on Saw series. I also don’t like “supernatural” ones because they’re either boring, bland or just.. fails to do anything. Rec was really nice on that aspect, I think.

Going into a bookstore would be a terrible idea haha. I literally can't leave without a book.

Nope, then people would have to acknowledge that there are those out there doing worse than them and that would just fuck up the entire “bootstraps” bullshit mentality. “Don’t give stuff to lower classes, tell them to work harder for more money!”

Can't say that Boxing Day is about charity here anymore either. More like another day to visit the family, watch TV, eat leftovers (usually a reheated version of the Christmas roast) and get into arguments.

Some of the points are simplistic, but I think the overall Smurfette principle exploration is fairly accurate. In fiction, a lot of times, twins are just useful to put in a last minute female character - instead of a female protagonist originally.

Oh no, I agree that is it accurate. The Smurfette principle is really ridiculous and should not be a thing.

The Scribblenauts example just irritated me. I just feel like there has to be better example out there than that.
