The main romantic relationship will be Faberry, with a bit of Hevans and Brittana, but apart from Faberry it will be very heavy on friendship and Quinn&Beth oriented.
This is a beautiful and thoughtful series of fics. It’s very sweet and done really interestingly with each fic being from a different character’s POV. It starts in high school, then moves us to New York and college, and - it has one of my favorite things - Quinn as a mom! To Beth! Who we love!! Yay Beth!!

It’s only part of the truth, even now.
What I love about this fic: A lot of fics where Morgana gets a redemption arc feel rushed, which doesn’t mean I don’t love them, but there is something extremely cathartic about reading a fic where she works for that redemption. She doesn’t want to be redeemed and she gets dragged there anyways, and then once she gets there, she realizes she doesn’t want to go back to how she was before.
It’s such an emotional fic that had me just had me on the edge of my seat and clutching my chest so many times. Her relationship with Arthur, all the ups and downs and the way Arthur just can never bring himself to give up on her despite people telling him to is so lovely. It addresses all the individual relationship dynamics as well and I just, cannot gush enough about how much I love this fic and how much I wish I could have the joy (pain?) of reading it for the first time again.

“I’m going to kill you,” she warns Arthur. “Keeping me here is foolish.”
“Perhaps,” he says, and somehow the teasing smirk of their youth spills out onto his face. “But then again, you’ve always thought that I was.”
“Don’t smile at me,” Morgana snaps. “The only reason I haven’t killed you yet are these shackles, and mark my words, I’ll get them off.”
“Is that?” he asks. “The only reason?”
“Yes,” Morgana snaps, but there’s a horrible inflection to her voice. It comes out far more like a question than a promise.

“I was your friend,” Morgana spits out. “And I was terrified.” Merlin freezes on the spot, and Morgana advances, unable to help herself. “I had no idea what my sister was doing, and you condemned me to death without giving me a chance. You got what you deserved,” she snaps, and turns away from him before she says another word.
“For what it’s worth,” he says softly, a few moments later, “it was one of the hardest decisions that I’ve ever made. And I hated every second of it. I didn’t see another option to end the spell. You were bound to it.”
“For what it’s worth,” Morgana kisses Aithusa and walks out of the stables. “I don’t care.”
Set during 4b. Emma avoids her parents expectations and Gold's manipulations by crashing on Regina's couch. A former villain protecting a hero from falling into her own fate; a messily ever after. And then, they lived.

Like, I’m pissed creators didn’t take the road celaenos did, but, I think, now I’m going just ignore everything that happened on the show and enjoy the novellisation of it. Because that’s what this thing is. Only with Petra/Jane storyline, as it should be.
