Celestine and Alvarina summary
I thought out more stuff for their story. It got really emotional and touching.

Celestine is the eldest of three royal sisters, the youngest is Stelle and the middle one is Lunette. They’re princesses and have powerful celestial magic, and a lot of responsibility to guard over Whimsica, despite them being more-or-less clumsy. They live in a floating castle with Queen Rainbow (who isn’t related to them).
So anyway once upon a time Celestine is running away (disguised in “commoner clothes”) because she accidentally vaporized one of Queen Rainbow’s stuffed animals (which Rainbow is very, very particular about).
She runs into the outskirts of Autumn Woods and sits under a tree, thinking she is a fool for running away disguised as a commoner just because of an accident. Suddenly she hears beautiful singing coming from within the woods. She curiously tries to find where the singing is coming from, and finds an elfin woman behind a tree singing. Celestine listens for a minute and then cheers her on, saying “Bravo! Encore!”
The elfin lady is very shy and grows immensely embarrassed that Celestine was listening to her sing. She blushes and runs away across the exposed roots of the trees, which she is used to.
Celestine isn’t very skilled at running across the roots, and trips and falls on one.
“Wait!” She shouts to the elf. “I’m not going to hurt you! I want to talk to you!”
The elf, Alvarina, turns around to Celestine shyly, and asks if she is okay once she sees her on the ground.
Celestine gets up herself and compliments Alvarina on her singing.
Alvarina goes to the furthest corner of her forest home in order to practice singing where nobody can hear her, as she is painfully shy.
Alvarina asks Celestine why she is alone in the forest like this, and Celestine tells her that “she accidentally broke a friend’s treasured item” to avoid telling her the whole story.
Alvarina says running away from problems isn’t good. Celestine says “then why were you running away from me?”
Alvarina says “Well, um... because you’re not a problem?”
Celestine suggests Alvarina sing in front of more people, starting with her parents. Alvarina tells Celestine her parents are gone...
Celestine apologizes profusely, to which Alvarina says it’s okay. The look on her face suggests otherwise. Celestine hugs her. She wants to be Alvarina’s friend, even though royals are not supposed to have strong connections with “common people”.
Secretly, Celestine always wanted to be a “common person”, or at least more equal to everyone. She decides not to tell Alvarina she’s a royal and tells her she will visit every now and again, even if this requires sneaking out of the castle.
They say goodbye and Alvarina wishes Celestine luck with the situation with her friend. Alvarina suddenly feels wistful, as she made a friend from outside the forest and their conversation ended so soon.
Alvarina is very lonely, because she cannot leave the forest. If elfin people leave the forest they are bound to, they will begin to die slowly.
Alvarina doesn’t know it, but Celestine is quite lonely as well.

UPDATED STUFF:
Celestine, being a royal, is forbidden to become too close with people who aren’t royals, or else she will be fall into a long slumber, indefinite, but can likely be for more than a hundred years. This is because of a magic spell that had been set in stone by a previous, stricter queen.
The long slumber can be triggered by two things, by the bond between the royal and the commoner becoming unbreakable, or by the Queen finding out.
Celestine is at first, apprehensive about getting too close to Alvarina, even though she loves being with her and wants her to be less lonely. Celestine is trying to keep the fact that she’s a royal secret from Alvarina, so she can’t tell her the reason why. At one point, long after they built up a special bond, Celestine tells Alvarina that for reasons she can’t disclose, they will have to part. It’s a very hard thing for Celestine to do. Alvarina, who found Celestine an important friend who has helped her though so much, is heartbroken and dejected.
Celestine then regrets everything and feels heartbroken as well. When she tries to go back to the forest to attempt to save their friendship, Queen Rainbow notices Celestine has been acting strange and orders Stelle to follow Celestine to wherever she’s going.
Stelle being the clumsy princess she is, gets caught by Celestine before they’re even at the forest. Celestine begs Stelle not to tell Queen Rainbow that she has a forbidden friend who isn’t a royal. Stelle agrees. They go in the forest to look for Alvarina.
Celestine finds a note on the door of Alvarina’s house that tells her everything.
It turns out Alvarina left the forest. She ran away to find out why Celestine had left her. Alvarina was concerned that maybe Celestine had to be away from Alvarina because she was in danger.
Also, Alvarina has lost a lot of her will to live and doesn’t consider dying outside of the forest to be a terrible thing anymore. This fact shatters Celestine’s heart in two.
Celestine grows immensely worried that now Alvarina’s life is in danger and feels like it’s all her fault. She’s away from the forest, surely she could be lost somewhere and could be dying. Celestine feels she has to tell Queen Rainbow to send out a search party. She doesn’t care that she will call into a long slumber at this point, she wants Alvarina to be okay.
Upon telling Queen Rainbow while at the forest, Celestine falls into her long slumber that could be a hundred years. In a way, she sacrificed herself so that Alvarina wouldn’t die...
Meanwhile, Alvarina made her way to a neighboring kingdom and had been asking people if they knew someone Celestine.
“Celestine?” Someone says. “She’s a princess of the Magic Kingdom.”
Alvarina is shocked to find that Celestine is actually a royal. She never knew. She puts two and two together and realizes Celestine had been avoiding her to avoid falling into a long slumber.
Alvarina, without saying another word, says she has to go. At this point, she’s very weak from being away from her forest. She returns to her forest, she sees commotion in front of her house...
Two strangers are there. One person is unmistakably the Queen. She and Lunette came running towards the forest when they heard Celestine had collapsed in the forest. Nobody knows when she will wake up. Rainbow estimates due to the strength of their bond, it will most likely be far more than a hundred years.
Alvarina sees Celestine on the ground. She immediately knows what’s happening. She runs towards her in tears. By the time Celestine wakes up again, Alvarina would most likely be dead.
Rainbow asks if Alvarina was Celestine’s friend. She says she was, and then apologizes profusely, shaking and in tears.
Rainbow and the others tell Alvarina that it isn’t her fault, or Celestine’s fault.
Rainbow ends up trying hard right there to break the curse with her magic. Breaking strong curses can be dangerous, and can end up damaging whoever tries to break them! She tells Stelle and Lunette that they should stay out of it because it’s dangerous, but Stelle and Lunette want to help Rainbow by combining their magic.
Alvarina watches them, torn apart she can’t help. But right when it seems to be getting perilous, Alvarina decides to step in and do whatever she can to protect the others. That’s when she ends up fulfilling herself and gaining advanced magical powers.
Whimsica magic becomes stronger to a particular user when they “fulfill themselves”. Fulfilling oneself is usually accomplishing a certain goal, overcoming an obstacle, or fulfilling a certain purpose in life. Once fulfilled, the magic user is able to transform into a magical alias. When they use magic in this form, it’s considerably stronger.
Alvarina steps in with her new magic powers. Because of their powers combined, and the magic of friendship and love, they are able to break the spell!
Celestine wakes up. She was able to sense everything that happened, even though she was unconscious.
Alvarina is very emotional and she cries in Celestine’s arms. Celestine sheds a few tears as well and tells Alvarina that she was very brave, and that now, their bond is truly strong and unbreakable. They will surely be friends forever.
Alvarina then finds out that the curse binding her to the forest had also been broken, because she was able to fulfill herself and unlock her magic powers. Alvarina didn’t know until now that it was the thing that would break her curse.
Everyone is so overjoyed and have a long, grand celebration with everyone.
