ooc: Creys. My baby Celeste Violetta Grimaldi and the old roleplayer.me account she existed on. Prettiest layout ever. Still up. I love the layout I made for Celeste when I was still roleplaying her. A lot of these characters come from the central life of Celeste Grimaldi. The roleplaying group I was apart of was built mainly around her (cocky to say, but without the idea of it, it would have never come to fruition, ya know?)
I feel terribly that I'm making her role "audition only," but it's very rare that I feel like something is so precious to me that I need someone who can envision her the same way I can and did, yet at the same time, I don't have the time or energy to commit myself to the heavy role, but I want her character to live on accurately. This is why Celeste is audition only. I know half of you people love Dianna, but I'm really picky when it comes to Celeste. I'm sure people have different interpretations, but no one has really got the "feel" to Celeste yet that I'm looking for. Celeste has been living under the shadow of her family her whole life. And while she's greatly appreciative of the things she's been given-- she can't help but feel that there's something, well... missing. She's an old soul, but at the same time, completely naive. She's shy, but diplomatic. She's not stupid-- she attends Columbia University for a reason. And she obviously does her homework, convincing her father to let her attend Columbia University to postpone the wedding so she can "discover herself," is always a good excuse. She always watches what she says, never swears, she's super polite, and kind. She's fun, but not in "that way." She's very kind and friendly to everyone she meets-- common courtesy. She's... genuine. She never has biting, caustic remarks to anyone. When she meets Devlin, she's completely thrown back, because she's drawn to him, but attempts to stay away by all means, knowing she's betrothed to a man she doesn't, and will never love. This tears her so deep inside.
