Still on my way catching up but I found it so unbelievably funny that Bakugo is getting hated on?? So far from what I have seen and remembered, he has really great characterization and fighting skills!! But those people hate bakugo and favor other characters who have done worse so I don’t expect much reason heh

Bakugo kind of outshines Deku a lot even though OFA is supposed to be so broken he shouldn't be able to catch up which fucks with the heads of power scalers. And then Bakugo's personality doesn't leave room for people to really sympathize with him because he's not a charater that asks for sympathy. Fans loveee the villains in this verse because they can see "I should be allowed to murder people without consequence or else you're just as evil as me" as a valid argument... I guess basically they ask you to feel bad for them as a manipulation tactic and it works on people who like that sort of character. Bakugo is an asshole even when he's trying to be nice. Also spoilers under the cut so you can avoid if you want but !

almost all of the villain resolutions happened within Bakugo's ideology that the bad guys have to be killed and not Deku's that they should be saved. even if neither of them were involved. and people poked fun that Bakugo didn't have a villain match up of his own but it ended being All For One in his prime form + Bakugo saved All Might so it's like He took All Might's place. not Deku who is more similarly representing Ereaser Head with the underground stuff + his fights happened not in public for everyone to see but in the vestiges realm. Bakugo is the bright and literally shiny now hero everyone can look to and I think a lot of people are lowkey worried Bakugo will be crowned the new number one while Deku ends up quirkless. But... the story started telling us not all people are created equal and Hori seems the type to end it that way too

And the chapter was supposed to be Izuku Midoriya rising so Bakugo showing up to be the one to blast Midoriya into the air and pick him up with Shoto's help the agenda is failing for Deku mains

Reacted to TikToks and unusual memes, made a new hardcore world that was basically a speedrun, played a puzzle game that made an appearance last stream, Tina joined to play SpeedRunners with him(she won 🏆), then Karl joined so they all played Valo(George did great!), and that was basically it.

Of course some in between banter was very funny and pleasant, Tina encouraged George to speak a few more details about Christmas with Dream’s family(he got rosy and smiley), oh they also talked about new banter on Wed but haven’t edited the thumbnail so shrugs, George also accidentally leaked his old London address while showing off his trinkets which Tina said he is like a magpie :)
