Hey guys. I need some help.

Recently started using a new custom theme for my blog: no.11 windchimes by celestialthemes. It looks great, but I'm having a problem with the top part of the blog being cut off so that only part of the first post on any one page shows - this means that no one can get at my ask box, among other things.

I don't know much about HTML or CSS. I've tried fixing it myself but I have no clue where to start and I'm kinda terrified of messing it up accidentally. I would contact the designer, but it looks like they've been on hiatus for seven months.

Any ideas?
