Welcome, Welcome, 2021
Big sigh.
The goal was originally for me to make a new year’s post on Jan. 3rd, the date of my official return, however...after being tagged in so many kind and awe-inspiring posts, I just had to do one before midnight.
2020 was a crazy year. We all know. Personally, there were so many ups and downs-- either my highest highs or my lowest of lows-- that looking back, I get nothing but headaches. 😂 Still, it was, ahem,
a year,
and I think (I hope) we all got some kind of fulfillment from it and learned a lot. But I think it’s safe to say, on behalf of everyone, that we’re ready to send 2020 on her merry way and tell her kindly, “don’t let the door hit you where the good Lord split you.” <3
Alright then! The following is a list of people I wish to personally thank-- if I forget anyone, I am sorry, please know I love and am thankful to all of my followers, mutuals, and friends, and I am...well, spaghetti-brained to a fault sometimes. If flighty was a person, she’d be me.

I’ve been (un)surprisingly quiet thanks to school again, but I really appreciate all of you 🥺🥺 I don’t wanna go on another hiatus, so I’ve been trying to work on fics when I can. I really appreciate all of you, tho, thanks so much for your interest in my blog and for being supportive ❤️
I know a lot of other people are having a rough time right now in many areas of life; and it can be hard keeping up with hobbies and extra curriculars when you’re already having a hard time keeping up with a million other things. Sometimes, you have the time but not the strength. Other times, you have the strength or a will but no time. Often, it’s a big confusing mess of all of the above. Whatever the case, I’d like to take a moment to say you’re not alone, and we’re all gonna get through this together, even if it’s six feet apart or miles away.
As for myself, I’m thinking about once and for all setting aside at least ONE day a week where I can devote quality time to this blog o’mine, but...we’ll see how it goes 🥲🥲

I just wanted to say, thank y’all so much for following my blog. Every one of you. I’m almost at 600!!! Just 20 away...I’d love it if I could get there in time for the New Year. 🎊✨ I’ll also use this time to let y’all know that Sunrise: Dawn and Violets Are Blue are still under wraps! We’re getting there slowly but surely...every time I think I’ve caught a break to work on something big, my writing courses for school let me know otherwise. ^^💧 The struggle is real but we’re gonna finish strong!!! :D Lastly, I’d like to remind everyone that tho my requests may be closed rn, my inbox is always open to anyone that needs prayers or wants to chat c: I’d love to have regular anons, if you’re shy and would like an emoji instead.
