a hero's sister: little Celia Jackson standing up to Clarisse?

I’m honestly not sure if Clarisse would ever do anything to Celia that warranted Celia needing to stand up to her? I know that she dunks Percy’s head in a toilet. She’s, like, 14 in that book and Percy is 11. Celia, however, is 9 so I doubt that a 14-year-old would bother to dunk a 9-year old kid into one. It would make her look rather pathetic tbh.
