How do I express in words the impossible love and expansion I felt upon meeting my godchild niece for the first time this past week?! My brother most proudly and gently presented his gorgeous daughter to me and upon her entering my arms, our eyes locked and we grokked one another's spirit in the most beautifully innocent depths of acknowledgement. Any time I called her name- she found my eyes and locked on. Any time I verbally said "I love you!"- she locked eyes. My life is changed forever; Like caterpillars, we exchange and shed cocoons a multitude of times before we find our most bright and beautiful selves to shine outwardly and share with the world. So far (outside of my incredible, immediate family), only two things have drastically changed my viewpoint of life and living and those are connecting with my Beloved here, on this plane in this lifetime and connecting with my beautiful niece. You think you love me more- when you don't even know the extent of which i love you.

I may not be perfect and i'm not perfect at showing how much i love you, but i am perfect at loving you.

You're the last thing i think of before i go to sleep at night, and the first thing i think of in the morning.

Every day that passes, when i wake up, i realise you're mine, and i just lie there for a while smiling.

Whenever i see you, i'm literally the happiest girl in the world.

You make me feel so loved.

I know that when i'm with you, you probably think i take it for granted.

But every single day, every hour, every minute and every second with you, means the world to me.

You're absolutely perfect, and i don't care what anyone else thinks of us.

I love you not only for who you are, but also for who i am when i'm with you.

I'm happy.

You do that.

You make me happy.

You make me smile, and you give me purpose.

You're what i look forward to, you're what makes me wake up in the mornings.

You're what makes me so keen for the future.

I want to be with you forever, not just because i want you, but because i need you.

You're everything i need.

You're just perfect.

I love everything about you.

I love your smile, especially that adorable half smile you do.

I love your eyes, i like everything. i love everything.

I don't know what else to say other than i love you.

& let’s face the facts, if there was something else to say other than i love you, i'd say it.

Those three words feel like they don't mean much when i say it to you too much.

I feel like you won’t understand how i feel about you.

It sucks.

Because i love you.

No, i more than love you, whatever that may be called.

All i know is that i want you, i want you and me, every day for the rest of my life.

I don't know how i'd cope without you.

I would never ever intend to hurt you.

I wouldn't dare.

You're perfect- we're perfect.

Why would i even risk losing something like that?

Why would anyone risk losing something worth everything?

Even when i'm feeling down or distant, or even if I’m feeling sad on the inside, know that i love you.

Even if you're feeling incredibly upset, i'm here for you.

You can talk to me about anything, anytime.

I will never judge you.

I will always put you first.

Why?

Because you treat me with respect and love,

& you deserve to be treated exactly the same.
