Hey Kali! It will get better I promise! Just take it one day at a time and don't let yourself get super overwhelmed. I know it sounds like crappy advise but trust me it does help. Get something that you can do that will calm you down when you start to feel panicky. Always carry it with you so you can have that way of calming yourself down even if it may be in class. Also I am always here if you ever need to talk! I understand how hard it is and I can relate on it. It will be ok!! <3
