This coffee scrub that you make at home is a great way to scrub your skin and make it look younger. To get rid of dead skin cells, the coffee grounds and brown sugar work together. The oils nourish and moisturize your skin. Cellulite can also look better if you use it regularly.
Ingredients: 1 cup ground coffee. 1/2 cup coconut oil. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 1/4 cup olive oil. 1 tsp vanilla extract.
Instructions: Put the coffee grounds, brown sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl and mix them together. Add the coconut oil after it has melted. Mix everything together well by stirring it around a lot. The olive oil should be added slowly while mixing. Keep mixing until the mixture is thick and scrub-like. Put the coffee scrub into a container that won't let air in to store it. To use, rub the scrub into wet skin while you're in the bath or shower. For a few minutes, massage the area you want to work on face, body, or areas prone to cellulite gently in a circle. Use warm water to rinse well, and then pat dry with a towel. This coffee scrub works best when used two to three times a week.
