╔ ‘Til the Morning Comes ➲ F&J
The only way to keep his head off his problem was dancing. That was exactly why Jackson was making his way to one of his favorite nightclubs in Seoul alone. The demon could easy call one of his friends to join him tonight, but he didn’t feel like having familiar company for the rest of the night. The man only wanted to dance until his feet would beg for him to slow down and go home. That was exactly his only goal at the moment. Not even hunting a human had crossed his mind. Perhaps it was because he had taken care of it earlier, before he went to the dancing studio. Jackson’s day had started in the best possible way. There had been no hunters trying to follow his steps during his hunt and his prey hadn’t given him too much trouble. It had been a quick and careful action. If the demon wanted to be precise with his time, the ‘chase and catch’ game only lasted two minutes before the pathetic human’s soul and fresh was completely his. In the studio, everything had gone smoothly. There had been no annoying students in his classes, messing up his choreography. All the students had fallen in step with his moves and they had created ‘magic’ together. So no, there had been no reasons for Jackson to complain about his life.
However, everything changed in the moment his mother had called him crying. It had been her tears and her words that had destabilized his entire day. It has been more than a year since the young man arrived in Seoul and until now, there had been no news about his older brother, Tyler. Jackson hadn’t found any clue to where he had been. The man who had contacted him two years ago hadn’t sought him again. The young man was completely at the loss, trying to find a solution for his family problem. His parents had been pressuring him about this, but there was nothing he could do in this moment. Jackson had been getting along with some important demons in town. The young man had been asking about his brother’s whereabouts, but no one had heard of any ‘Wang Tyler’ in town. It was almost like his older brother was some kind of ghost. The handwriting on the note that Jackson had gotten in Hong Kong wasn’t familiar to nobody and Jackson was starting to believe that he was at the wrong place. Where are you, Tyler?
Shaking his head when the demon entered the nightclub, the young man tried to push those problems to the back of his mind as he tried to find an empty table to sit down. Not finding anything, Jackson went straight away to the bar as he decided to buy something to drink. Since he knew one of the bartenders, the demon didn’t even have to order the drink as the man already knew what he would walk. “What’s up, man?” Jackson greeted him with a sly smirk before he leaned against the counter, waiting for the bartender to prepare his drink. Dancing was part of his plans for tonight since it was the only thing that would be able to make the demon forget about his problems. However, nothing could be done without a drink first. That was actually his first step to have a perfect night.
