Do you know how tricky it is to design a beastformer based on an animal that's long like that? There's so little meat on them that his transformation is 80% origami bullshit.Still love him tho. 

Centicreep - unaffiliated hitman - Chinese red-headed centipede

A greedy sellsword with loyalties to no one besides himself and his secret hoarde of things he'll never use. Although he's small and can be easily crippled if you manage to damage the spine that runs from his head to his tail, his strength comes in the form of his stealthiness and (of course) his terrifyingly deadly venom. He has three sets of toxicognaths, one on his centipede head, one in his mouth and one on his jaw, but only the set in his mouth is capable of dealing his potent venom. When applied, the venom attacks his victim's energon supply, corrupting it and causing it to attack their body. This attack then results in seizures, intense pain and (depending on the size of the prey and the dose) a quick death, typically within half an hour. 

But, he must be very careful when he uses his venom because his active toxicognaths can only hold one dose at a time. Once he uses it, his body will take a week or two to make more. And, in this regenerative state, he gets extremely lethargic and spends most of his time chewing on metal in a half-asleep state. 

Centicreep will use his small stature and speed to sneak up on his prey, lunge at them, cling with his many legs and then bite them in the face to ensure his deadly venom reaches their brain module very quickly (and the leftover dead body with a hellish set of bites on its face is a nice touch to send a message to others) he will typically latch on with both razor-shapr legs and toxicognaths until all the life has left his prey's body. 

As if centipedes weren't spooky enough, amirite?
