My guess as to who will be reunited in Reunited from most likely to less likely

Steven and Jasper. Steven will attempt to temporarily heal Jasper's corruption in order to not only get answers but to tell her Rose may be innocent. Jasper will still be beast like, so Steven will need to communicate with her in other means. Steven and Bismuth. Seeing as things are getting serious and to search for more answers, Steven unbubbles Bismuth. Steven and Centipedle. Steven meets with centipedle again and temporarily heal her in order to get more answers, as centipedle is from the gem war. Bonus if the healing heals her closer to her uncorrupt form, but as she still squaks she needs to use pictures to communicate. Lars and Topaz. In Lars and the off colors mission to go to earth, they meet up with both Topaz who help them escape. Topaz joins their return home so she can be free to be united forever. This episode takes place later in the schedule, and is Topaz telling Steven how they returned home. Steven, Lars and the off colors. Lars and the off colors make it to earth and tell Steven how they escaped. This episode takes place later in the schedule. Steven and Blue Zircon. As Steven visits Lars via mane warp, he meets back up with Blue Zircon. While they trek through Homeworld to find Lars's escape, Zircon and Steven discuss the shattering to find more information and answers. This episode airs later in the schedule. Bonus if Zircon either escapes with Lars or Steven. Greg and Rose Quartz. As Steven is not getting answers from the Gems about Rose, Steven invites Greg into Rose's room so Greg can meet Rose's hologram, thus reuniting with Rose. The half hour is Greg and Rose reminiscing and catching up, revealing secrets and information along the way.

I'm sorry, I know it's canon in stick figure form that they're not like this but... I want centipede's half-healed form to be her true form. Like, her final form will drop the thorax and beak to be more humanoid, but she'll still have mandible teeth, caws and clicks, and still drools acid but can control it. It also appears the caveman top was part of her outfit, and still deciding if her face is green or brown.
