Patented the revolutionary gas-powered heating furnace on December 23, 1919 (Patent #1,325,905). Her design used natural gas to warm air and distributed it through a system of ducts to individual rooms, serving as a forerunner to modern central heating and HVAC systems.
Hii! I don’t know if you’re taking requests and feel free to ignore this if it’s too much for you!
Could you do a fic or blurb where Eddie and reader are either friends or dating and the reader never cries but something happens and the reader just breaks down like they try to hold it in at first because they know Eddie’s there and they don’t want him to see them cry but then they can’t help it and just like sob but refuse help/ he doesn’t know what to do. Then for like days after he can tell they are still a mess but they refuse to show it or he catches them with watery red eyes and wiped tear streaks and yeah 🕺
( basing this off of my cat dyeing a few days ago and this was me in this situation and I’d feel better if I can just imagine he was there )
Hi love!! Sorry for the long wait, but I just finished writing this and will proof-read it tonight so it can be posted tomorrow (I will make sure to tag you!) 💕 Thank you for your patience, I had to take a little break from writing but this was the first thing I jumped back into when I got back.
Here's a little snippet, I hope you're feeling a bit better 💕

Best friend! Eddie Munson & coworker! Eddie munson x Reader
Summary: After the death of your beloved cat, Eddie can tell something is wrong as you do your best not to fall apart in front of him. Even if you won't tell him what's wrong, he will do anything to try to hold you together.
That morning you walked in 15 minutes late. Your hair was more disheveled than usual, makeup done less neatly, and uniform not neatly pressed. Eddie only opened his mouth to point out that you were late, more out of shock than to tease.
“Yeah, sorry,” you breathed out in reply. No bite, no sarcasm, no insult, and most concerning, no true apology behind the words. You spoke as if you were a robot, pre-programed to be polite and move on with your tasks. You didn’t look up to see the way his brow furrowed or the way he nearly reached for you to ask what was wrong. You ran to the back room to clock in and set your things down before he could get another word out.
