Small muscle/ weight loss update!! I’ve lost up to 10-15 lbs in the last few months. Going to the gym has become a regular thing and the slight muscle that I had before is becoming more defined!! Pretty proud of my numbers and how things are looking now. Still struggling with my knees but oh well, I’m investing in some athletes tape and/or some kind of support to help some what stabilize it. I will be keeping y’all updated for sure. (Does this even count as nsft I don’t even know)

hello hello sweet things!! I’m so so sorry for being MIA. Life has been a tad bit hectic.

long story short, work has been on my ass, I was sick for a little bit, my knee continues to fuck up but I bought a stabilizer for it..and that’s about it!! I should be back to my regular posting schedule soon <33
