Porcelain masks from my most recent body of work! I’ll post the other 6 masks later, but I really want to highlight these ones because of how difficult porcelain is to work with.

Fun fact about Artificial: the binary in the mouth area actually says “Artificial”! (Plus a little bit of gibberish at the end to fill in the rest of the space…)

Encore un Masque rituel

Je ne me lasse pas de fabriquer des secondes peaux en céramique.

Avis aux adeptes de procession carnavalesque ou cérémonie occulte : je suis très intéressée par la puissance incarnatoire de revêtir un second visage (mettre en condition, concentrer, renforcer la volonté). Je suis donc toujours curieuse de travailler sur de nouveaux masques pour des personnes qui en ont cet usage particulier.
