Bước Chồng lò trước khi Nung 1300 độ. Sản phẩm mộc đèn xông HALY sau quá trình gia công hoàn chỉnh được đem vào lò nung. Việc xếp sản phẩm trong lò nung như thế nào là tuỳ theo sản phẩm và hình dáng kích, cỡ của bao nung trên nguyên tắc vừa sử dụng triệt để không gian trong lò vừa tiết kiệm được nhiên liệu mà lại đạt hiệu nhiệt cao. So today has been weird. I got about two hours of spotty sleep and then got up at 7 to load a kiln quickly and get back to sleep. The kiln has an unusual electrical set up so I got it all set and plugged it in as I like to load while one element is on. Then I open the kiln and there is a dead squirrel in the kiln! I thought maybe I could clean it out and fire anyway but then I realized the poor squirrel had eaten a ton of soft brick (mostly silica) and destroyed the elements in the process. I don't understand how the squirrel got in the kiln in the first place and feel so bad for how its last moments went 😭 While I clean bones for my art, the level of decomposition the squirrel was in was not one I usually mess with so it was extra disgusting. The kiln is fixable but will take parts and a lot of not fun labor. I've been working with clay for over 10 yrs and this was a new one for me! On the plus side, this beautiful lady slipper was blooming in the garden next to where the kiln was. It was a lovely visual palette cleanser and so nice to see one of these growing in town. #ceramicslife #wtf
