Okay consider:

An au where Otto is a chemist/biologist of sorts, and accidentally fucks up a chemical formula/spills it on himself, and he ends up growing big ol octopus tentacles out of his back (maybe he gets sharper teeth too). The chemical formula makes him kinda go a little feral (think Curt Connors in NWH, snarling and roaring but can also calmly talk) and then he gets caught villaining and is transported to a sort of prison/research facility where his kind of mutated supervillains are kept/studied. He’s kept in a cell like in NWH, with a sort of force field keeping him in, but facility staff has a bio tag in the system for their dna that allows them to pass through the barriers at will. Reader is a tech/support worker there, and ends up seeing him/becoming interested— slow and tentative bonding ensues, and/or maybe just lots of monstery smut👀🤔

Either way I’m having thoughts and might write/draw about it😂
