I like the shape of this cup, especially the profile of the handle.

I’ve never drawn a hot air balloon, but this spring I had worked as an elementary school art teacher for a couple months, and one of the lessons my students loved was drawing and coloring hot air balloons. I think the wave lines going around the cup give it an extra playfulness. My etsy shop: etsy.com/shop/skimlines
A lavender and pink bear, holding a brown dog. I brushed on the pink and lavender parts, and dipped the white bit. The cup is white on the inside too.
Check out my etsy shop & I’ll be at the artist alley of animeNYC 2019 at table N9 with many of these cups.
Two turtles on a double dipped cup. I’m really happy with how thick and blue the blue glaze came out. Like my work? Check out my etsy shop & I’ll be at the artist alley of animeNYC 2019 at table N9 with many of these cups.
Two turtles. I wanted to make them beautiful turtles, so I gave the turtles eight splits on their shell. It’s a soft hint at 八方美人 (someone so beautiful they look good from all eight angles) and with the center shell, the number of segments in the shell is actually nine, which is also a really good number. There is two turtles to mean they are a couple. my etsy shop: https://www.etsy.com/shop/skimlines
Our friends from Earthen Craft Pottery of Lansing, MI made this beautifully ornate Celtic tile. We are proud to share for today’s theme #Cereamics for @americans4arts #showyourart2018 (at Lansing, Michigan) https://www.instagram.com/p/Boq8OZOn4pS/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=1rzurlnxzkwn
