it looks like an all black iPad with biolights.

so this (all black with rounded corners. shaped like a data pad, obviously without the details of an iPad, like the inner screen border or camera or buttons, etc)

with this all over it (SW's biolights)

It's not small. It's about as big as Rodimus's hands. He can gently press it between his hands. Like think of how big an iPad is to you. That's about how big it is for Rodimus, comparatively.
