     AND SHE STANDS before her ship, admiring it’s metallic surface for pressing a button to camouflage it. It’s surface jitters for a moment before taking on the shape of a houseboat.  A happy sigh escapes her, pleased with the form she’d chosen for her ship.

     AND THEN SOMETHING sounds behind her, causing her to spin on her heels. She comes to face an unknown male, whose ears are pointed and whose hair is in an abnormal style. Fear strikes her for only a moment until she decides he isn’t a threat.

     AND HE’S AN elf of Santa— The being she heard children speak of. A relieved giggle escapes her before she waves a hand at him.

        ❝Oh golly, you had me scared for a minute— I thought you were a human!!         But with those ears, I know you’re not— You’re Santa’s elf, aren’t you??? I                   have heard of him!! He visits all the kids in a few days!!❞
