TT When Internet becomes real life
As many of you know I attended Snark but it wouldn't have been possible if it wasn't for two people from the Internet I had only talked to online. As much as people say how scary the Internet is, it is also a wonderful thing. It's also the way the world is and the truth is it's how people meet now. To fly to a city and be picked up by people I'd never met before I was never scared, just excited. From the first moment I saw Lindsay and Jay I felt I had known them forever. They even had a banana on the backseat waiting for me. (I guess they do follow my blog) They not only let me tag along with them to Snark, they brought me into there home and treated me like family, I guess that's why I had a kennel. They played tour guides the whole time, always telling me about the history about where we were. I appreciated it all and tried to soak it all in. Then it all came to an end and I had to go home. I'll admit I was a little teary eyed when they dropped me off at the airport, we exchanged hugs (Jay tried the handshake but I wouldn't let him off that easy) took pics for the Internet because it's what we do and then they were gone. So how do you let two people know just how incredible they are, and how they have impacted your life all for the better? I don't know either but I hope this works. Thank you Lindsay and Jay
