Grell is a very doting mother! Humans will always be vulnerable compared to a reaper, don't get her wrong, but she loves how you trust her enough to be especially vulnerable and share your age regression with her.
She'd much rather you call her mother, but she doesn't mind mama fi you're really small.
Dolls you up. She LOVES to buy you new outfits for dressup, playing pretend, and for when you two go on outings. Mother wants to see her sweet precious in a red frock and bow-- she dyed it herself! The normal white frocks children wear are so dull, and mothers special little prince/cess should wear something STUNNING! Even when all you're doing is weaving flower crowns in the garden or playing with some toys in the living room.
Grell isn't a very good cook, so spiced milk, or super milky teas are good, and she can cut up some fruit for you in the shape of skulls. But she's not good at other little kid foods... If you're not from modern times and she can't buy and give you store bought dino nuggets, then she tries to make dino nuggets for you from scratch as Reapers exist outside time, as evidenced by her chainsaw and Ronalds lawnmower death scythe. They will somehow be crumbly, burnt, and soggy. She tried her best.
But mother Grell more than makes up for it by being a good playmate! She'll remember all your stuffed animal's stories and likes/dislikes, she knows how to be the sweetest ally and the silliest villain for your pretend games! Grell knows how to play chess and checkers and she'll teach you card games like old maid, gin rummy, and go fish! Mother Grell even sews you new stuffed animals and dolls! She's quite talented at it, and loves making you happy.
Overall: She's a very fun caregiver!
