I am training for #CGGAMES and I've been trying to push harder, so that means less breaks to record and absolutely crushing a workout like the one @donahoe82 put us through yesterday. No breaks, strength with straight endurance! I loved every minute of it.... Until I woke up this morning! Sweet Christmas I had to relearn to walk.
