You know… Ive been on a TMNT grind lately. Specifically 2012. Like—I managed to create 3 chapters outline for the CGI crossover and created 2 animatics, starring Leo!

Do we ever got an explanation on how the turtle become mutants in TMNT 2007? Like—Did Splinter and the turtles are lab/pets that got mutated or just Hamato Yoshi got Mutanted with the turtles.

It may be a small detail that might not be brought up in crossover fanfics, but it’s quite a major backstory for the turtles. Since I saw a hilarious tmnt 2012 x tmnt 2003 fanfic of them discussing their Splinter.

I painstakingly realized on how I can write TMNT 2007 Mikey for the CGI tmnt crossover. Since in the original plan, Mikey would join the foot like City Wars from my information.

Now… City of Wars is the 100th issue on IDW comics, so the question is… Do I have to read all of the other issues to get the City of War arc. I really don’t want to read it, but as a perfectionist writer who still thinks their work needs improvement after the 10th draft, yes.

Because I tried reading the wiki and immediately bailed. It’s a good thing this hyper fixation is going to last long because damn I wanna give up.

I’ll read it in Christmas break and can’t do it in weekend since I have leadership training.
