ここはエルバフの戦士の王国「ウォーランド」/koko wa erubafu no senshi no oukoku "wōrando"!

this translates pretty directly as "this place is the kingdom of the warriors of elbaf, 'warland'!" this line suggests to me that the kingdom is 'warland' while the warrior village itself is 'elbaf,' but i think other places these terms have been treated as interchangeable (for example, on this very spread, the whole island is labeled as 'elbaf').

かつて戦争に明けくれた世界最強の王国/katsute sensou ni akekureta sekai saikyou no oukoku!

this sentence is a descriptive phrase describing the kingdom (oukoku). it starts with the word katsute, which means 'once' or 'formerly.' akekureru means 'to spend all one's time doing [x]' or 'to do nothing but [x]', so sensou ni akekureta means 'spent all its time at war.' and sekai saikyou is 'the world's strongest.' so, "formerly/once the world's strongest kingdom, which did nothing but war!"
