I've been really quiet but that is because i am working on gom 👌✨ well also because i have been battling a migraine and fixing my sleep schedule lmao. wrote about 1k today.
i think the more i sleep at night like i should and make sure not to listen to things too loudly and not look at white images, i should be fine. i do think it improved a bit since before so i'll keep drinking water and taking my vitamins ✨❤
