Can we just... talk about Chopper’s line in  “The Hidden Enemy?” When Rex and Cody discover the battle droid fingers he stole from the field. 

“I just wanted to take something back.”

A clone’s whole life is his duty, he has one purpose. They own nothing besides themselves, their duty, and taking battlefield trophies is considered contraband. God, it’s such a good moment.

so baby padawan ahsoka ABSOLUTELY fell asleep on anakin and/or rex at some point and both of them, in that moment, just slammed the fucking adopt button and then Never Mentioned It Again

and since anakin has an unfortunate habit of avoiding sleep bc Nightmares (especially when he's away from padme) he passed out on rex one time in the mess hall bc he'd been awake for at least four days straight and rex was just looking around at every clone in the vicinity like, if any of you wake up the general i'll kill you with my bare fucking hands

rex doesn't talk about it, but it's hard, being the one of few left when there used to be legions. it's hard. especially when he looks in the mirror and all he can see is somebody else, somebody dead. there aren't a lot of mirrors in his house.

Rex is that guy that needs is to be storming to get work done. In fact, usually before storms he’ll head over to a cafe with lots of windows and just chill there until it passes, or he’ll just crack open a window in his room and sit at his desk. Of course his music sounds better with rain in the background. His least favorite type of is when it’s so hot the leather seats in his car would burn you, aka how it usually was at home. If the sun if out it needs to be no hotter than 80.

heheh rex + IKEA

Dude hates the store with all of his heart. Even though his book shelf came from Urban, Ikea is still the devil’s store where several coffee tables, chairs, and nightstands have failed to survive. The instructions are not written as they should so he has to figure things out himself and even if he does complete his task, it doesn’t look how he went it would nor does it compliment the interior as it should.
