Ch. 93: Prince of Mimicry

Ch. 93 Spoilers?! Probably.

Holy shit!!! Okay... Okay... I’m going to try my best to put all my feelings into words even though the only thing that comes to mind is OMFG!!! or HOLY SHIT!!!

First of all I highly doubt All Might is ever going to be able transform again. I knew or rather I believed he wouldn’t die but after this chapter, the thought of him being able to transform again is almost none existent. Now- that’s just a theory.

All for One thinks there’s only one or two punches left in him but Toshi, being the great hero that he is, is pushing past his limit. He’s fighting death and if that doesn’t give you hope I don’t know what will! In the event that All for One is right and Toshi has only one or two punches left, he’ll make the best of those punches. KICK HIS ASS TOSHI!!!

It was amazing how the other heroes came to help him, even if they think it’s not a lot that they’re doing and only removing the things that are holding Toshi back, but that must be a huge relief. Though the thing that caught me off guard was Endeavor... As much as I dislike this man, he’s a hero, but in the instant he saw Toshi in the shape that he’s in I’m sure Endeavor’s world came tumbling down, even if just a little. Endeavor has strived to surpass him in his youth only to realize how much greater Toshi is compared to him. His flashback images of Todoroki's mother as well as Todoroki himself- I feel like he was say “Did I do that for nothing? Did I do that to surpass this man who is in such a pathetic state?” He looked the slightest bit regretful?, of course after all this time, that will never be enough to excuse his actions, and I will forever dislike him.

Their rivalry, Toshi and Endeavor’s, as crazy as it sounds, reminds me of Deku and Kacchan. I mean the reason Kacchan hates Deku, at least to me, is because as a child Kacchan was praised as the best for his quirk and the time they were walking across the log where Kacchan fell off only to be helped by precious quirkless Deku ticked him off. He, the great boy with the best quirk, was saved by Deku, who not only is quirkless but was shy and a bit cowarrdly (sorry Deku) Kacchan probably felt beyond weak and with his inflated ego hated Deku for that. I don’t know...

I don’t know if the part where All for One said that Deku is person Toshi is transferring One for All was broadcasted but if it was, I’m sure everyone would be confused, but Kacchan... Deku told Kacchan that someone gave him his quirk. It’ll all click for him. I don’t know how he’ll react though.

I also want to mention that little scene with Wood Kamui and Mt. Lady and how he was like good job as opposed to the beginning of the series where she took down the villain right when he was. I thought that was important.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE when they showed Nana talking to Gran Torino about Toshi and how he wanted to become the pillar that gives hope to society!!! He did it! He became the symbol of peace!!! He saves people with a smile! All might is the BEST!

All that’s left to say is-
