That poem is not about waiting, nor about missing. It’s about asking fate for a chance to come across each other once more.

AssClass: Ch.152, Outer Space Time/Ch.153, Resolve Time
Quotes of the Chapter: “I've actually done a lot of thinking on that topic recently. And that's because...We're students in a class where we have to kill our teacher.”~Karma
“Hey, Guys...I think I might be self aware of "emotions" for the first time. I feel happy...happy that I got to come to Class E.”~Ritsu
“So long as we swing our blades with conviction, whatever it is we may gain or lose, we have the "resolve" to responsibly accept them!!”~Nagisa
Glad to have our Trigger-Happy Class back this week; and with a double-issue to wrap up the Research Project without a hitch....
The boys giving the Astronauts occupying the ISS the usual Class-E-“Greeting”....when in the middle of a hijacking....
((And props to their amazing Language Teacher as they manage to speak to the team in fluent English.))..
Unfortunately it doesn’t look like they’ll be having smooth sailings after all as the crew manages to recuperate and adjust to the bizarre situation right away....
((As expected of true professionals in the field where they have to be prepared for just about anything...))
But luckily for Nagisa and Karma, the crew turns out to be a bunch of really chill guys who are just as level-headed as them....
And after persuading them that this isn’t some simple joy-ride that they decided to do on a whim to save their teacher thanks to Karma’s sound reasoning....
((Awww, Karma...))
The captain finally decides to give in to their demand, and even gives them the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that most kids their age could only dream of by helping out and exploring the ISS while their visiting hijacking....
After having an enjoyable time with their Astronaut hosts (which feels reminiscent of Yako’s future trips around the world where she’d met a colorful band of people who became her friends), they make sure to give a proper “gift” that was prepared especially by their teacher for all the trouble they’d brought them....
Though it’s clear from their reaction that they’ve had a lot of fun meeting them too, and look forward to what they’ll become as Karma promises to take care of space exploration budgets when he grows up to become someone influential in the future....
((no surprise there of course.))
For a second I’d almost thought something went wrong with Ritsu when she didn’t respond right away....
((Can you blame me with all that happens in the Gintama series? Sorachi seriously ruined me and made me paranoid over even the slightest thing that could go wrong in a story....))
But thankfully it wasn’t something dire as she reveals that she was actually undergoing quite an experience of her own....
Not sure if Korosensei knew it or not, but it seems that the test ship they ended up using was a lot more intricate than it appeared as Ritsu tells Nagisa and Karma that being part of the ship is actually giving her the opportunity to experience the little things that make one feel alive....which in turn finally allow her to evolve by giving her true emotions as a result as she feels genuinely happy to have become part of this class....
((Such a beautiful thing to know that it’s actually 3 people who are getting something out of this rare field trip, and that it will definitely benefit their growth in the future....))
Naturally the Hijack Team manages to land safely near the Class E building without any trouble...
Although it seems like Karasuma’s livid with this secret mission of theirs that they’d conducted behind his back....
Korosensei (as per usual) manages to appease him in a heartbeat with the data they’d gathered on the duo’s trip....
((Still hasn’t lost his edge as a Grand Master Assassin after all))...
And with a little help from Okuda in translating the data that the Astronauts had given them on the experiment that they were conducting on antimatter, they are shocked to find out that not only is there actually a low percent chance of Korosensei ending up like the mouse on the moon if they use a certain chemical, ((which according to the info he could in fact live a full life))....
but the formula to that chemical was with them all along in the form of the liquefying tonic that Korosensei had her make a few months back.....
Of course the gang is more than elated to find out that there is a way to save their teacher after all, and wholeheartedly agree with Kayano that this was definitely something that took a lot of sacrifice and growth in order for them to find it, but the celebration is quickly subsided as Isogai and Terasaka bring up the subject that is still on hold, which is what the class intends to do with the Assassination with the time remaining....
Especially as Karasuma points out that the Government won’t allow them to easily brush this mission aside...
But much like Korosensei his students easily adapt to this as they choose to simply continue their Assassination Classroom as it is while letting the government take care of everything else on their end...
True, they want to save him still now that they know there is a way to keep him from ending up a weapon of mass destruction, but at the same time they want to honor the bonds they have as assassins and target that brought them together in the first place...
And while they don’t know what may happen in the short time they have before graduation, they are more than resolute to take responsibility for whatever may lie ahead as indebted students and beloved teacher.....
DEFINITELY feel like there are twists to watch out for; like that suspicious apartment project that the government is setting up for Korosensei, Yanagizawa who is still out there, and his mysterious accomplice who may prove to be a key element that will throw Korosensei off....
It just feels like things have fallen into place ‘too’ easily for the class in these last two chapters; and Yuusei will likely reveal that in the chapters to come....
((Again, Gintama has made me very wary of things that are too good to be true...))
