OMG THE FEELS...
When I was reading this scene in the manga on Meliodas x Elizabeth:
The feels, it hurts...
And when he’s back to his normal, cheerful self:
How can it not hurt, when you see him turn back to who he was before he lost all his emotions, he still held onto her like she’s his most precious
And, honestly, nothing hurts me more, when Meliodas said this:
Seriously, that hurts... when he said: “I’d always loved you just so much, that I could hardly even handle it… Every time I’d touch you like this, my heart would beat like crazy… I couldn’t do anything to stop it… And yet now, I feel nothing…” He loves Elizabeth so so much, even when he doesn’t have his emotions with him anymore, because this was taken by his father (the Demon King).... T.T. He still kept his promise with Elizabeth, the promise they made long ago, to break this curse. Even without his emotions, he still remembers Elizabeth as the woman he loves, and wants to protect/save her still.
Their backstory is so tragic, I wish they can have a happy ending, an ending where Meliodas can successfully break this curse, and be happy together in the end, with the woman he loves (Elizabeth), without having to be reincarnated one last time. As much as I love Meliodas x Elizabeth, I still hope that he will keep his promise to his brother, Zeldoris, because I want them to reconcile their brother-bond.
