As it's name would suggest, Hidden Springs was filled with small areas of water, and in the winter these became frozen over enough to ice-skate safely on them

By the end of the season, they were both skilled enough to avoid slipping and falling, and were on their way to doing tricks!

And in the early hours of Snowflake Eve, Hannah was woken up by contractions

She discovered that these forest folk were heavily linked to magic, and it cast her mind back to the list Rayna had given them back in Riverview
