I feel very... twisted about ch20 as well, even still. That was Koogi’s intention, I doubt anything healthy/normal will happen between them sexually. The dynamic was non consensual, to dubious consent, back to non-con again.
It’s super obvious Bum didn’t want to do it and didn’t hide under the blanket for that intention. Bum tends to stop talking/close himself off when he’s under duress. He closed himself off in ch26′s events as well. It hurts the more Sangwoo attempts to put the dildo in Bum (you have to use lube and stretch first otherwise... ow), which caused Bum to tell him repeatedly that it hurts, and to stop. Sangwoo ignored Bum’s pleas, and Bum gave up since Sangwoo gets upset/angry when Bum defies him. Not complaining was literally his first lesson in living in Sangwoo’s house, and his punishment was the deep cut of his collarbone.
After Bum realizes he’s not allowed to say “no,” he seems to just focus on being okay with Sangwoo fucking him since he’s dreamed about it for so long? When Sangwoo begins being too rough, Bum’s plea that he just wants to stay by his side is an attempt at making Sangwoo stop or slow down. After Bum realizes it isn’t Sangwoo actually having sex with him, he’s embarrassed and wants to stop. He clearly states it, attempts to move away, and begins crying.
