i have a sinister need ...
so, i’m finally sitting down and paying attention to the second season of True Detective FROM THE BEGINNING b/c i gave up half way through the season last year b/c work and no time. and this need just slapped me in the face during the opening credits like: 2 femme true detective-esque investigative reporter partners, one of which is sofia nylund (brisbane, alicia vikander.) angst, feels, danger, bang-bang-you-shot-me-down, bang-bang-that-awful-sound, etc.
