Everyone seemed to appreciate my art here (especially of Jou, who is criminally underrated af) so I think going forward I will resize my work to fit Tumblr, but delete the smaller resize after...

I struggled alot with Jou because I haven't drawn him as long but again, I think some defining traits of him are he should always have a very worried but caring expression when he isn't laughing/smiling, he has a slight pooch because he probably eats crap from being abused into studying so often, and his nails, like I mentioned before, always bitten down... I would include his chewed lips, too, but it would detract too much... (For a Yamato otaku I really do think about little details with Jou WAY too much haha... but he is the object of affection, so these would be things Yamato notices and wonders about and fantasizes over :p ) [Yamato: letmesleeponyourtumtumplz]

For Yamato, I just make him pretty. Fuck it he's pretty. That's all you need. Oh, and well, he hasn't slept in 3 or 4 days, so he's got some major circles going on...

This is for my fic, YKYR, it's a smaller fic, a sequel to Sold Me, and its about best boys bonding again... it's bittersweet though...

Jou finally manages to get some sleeping pills down Yamato's throat before he kills himself or someone else... =:3 (And in case you're wondering that bite mark on his right shoulder is a scar from Sold Me, not a fresh wound. Technically it should be a different angle, but I'm lazy)

Yamato obsessed with Jou's torn lips because Jou wont stop chewing them. He just wants to kiss them and make them hurt a little less.

Also been thinking alot about how much for Yamato to say in YKYR. I dunno how much he should reveal to Jou about his past year.

One idea I had was:

Yamato: I said awful things. I didnt like the person I was when I was addicted (to s*x/alcohol)

I really wanna see Jous reaction. He is one of if not the person hurt The Most by Yamato (ironically I think Yamato would refer to the things he said to his mom or dad, he doesnt realize how badly he actually hurt Jou; but that realization is IN Sold Me)

I had been drawing on my samsung S25 Ultra because i didn't have my tablet yet, so that's why the drawings looked rough or poorly done, with uneven lines everywhere. But now that i have my tablet, the lines look so much better, hahaha
