"Chacalaca in Flight"
I made this oil pastel painting..?? drawing? piece last year in October for an art competition my teacher let me join. I wanted to post this cuz i wanted to start putting some of my older art that I like from insta here since I'm not really that active on there anymore. This was submitted in an art competition for a Birding Festival in my area, but I still haven't gotten it back for some reason. My teacher said she had picked it up but then I never heard it mentioned again, which I didn't really mind, but maybe I'll ask about it later closer to the end of the school year so I can take it home
I kind of want to do another big oil pastel piece like this again (maybe not as big, this thing was huge omg) using this oil pastel paper i had used for it that was like a different color or something, it was really cool, maybe I'll make another piece of my oc flowery hehe
