The grown adult man rolls his eyes. “I am not cheating!” Maxwell insists. He stomps both feet, childish and petulant. He sighs and cracks his neck, looking at Chad ruefully out of the corner of his eye. His full attention remains devoted to the screen.
They are next to each other on the couch testing out Maxwell’s new Switch. He’s more of a PS4 kind of guy, but exceptions can be made for nostalgic multiplayer games.
