I don't know if you already made a post about that moment when Laura and Kirk are having a drink in his cabin and she talks about him not having any ladies or gentlemen in his life. I am currently reading the comics as well and just reached it. It's in Part 4 of Year Five.

Fun fact: the yellow TOS shirts actually WERE green! (You can sometimes see this in some eps, where they look more yellow-green and in Court Martial it just straight up is its actual color in some scenes). Idk the science behind it but the costume designer confirmed they were green, something about the dye + materials + lights they used on TOS all conspired together to make them look yellow on film, but the green wrap was different material/dye & stayed green on film

Yeah, I've heard about this!! Such a cool thing to come out of production "error"!! I'm super happy that they eventually rolled with it and decided on yellow for future installments (I think I've heard that TOS rolled with it too for promotional material, deciding not to edit it so that it would match what's on screen, etc, am I wrong?). Since golden yellow is my absolute favorite color I can't complain, but I still wish we'd get to see at least one instance of Pine's or Wesley's Kirks in that gorgeous lush green~! ♡

Gasp! You forgot one Jim Kirk! (I noticed because many, many years ago me and a friend did something similar to your "Jimception" with all Kirks hanging out with each other, and obviously TOS Spock acting like the granpa for everyone because he collects Kirks WE ALL KNOW IT!!). Anyway, bad Chaebi, bad, for leaving out Mirror TOS Kirk and his fabulous glittering stash!!

*slaps self with tricorder* Gasp indeed! I will work to rectify this inexcusable mistake at once, sir! Expect a loud, foxy and (obviously) fabulous glittering cameo in future comics! ♡

Hey! Just wanted to say that the work you did with the Pine-with-green-shirt manip is splendid! I usually stay away from TOS because it's very hard to make manips with its material (there's something about the balance of the colors that's off, especially in the promo pictures), and I don't like to work with screencaps (that's why my own attempt to green-shirt Pine was made with a pic of the green shirt from an online shop). Yours is flawless, so kudos!

Thank you so so much, I had a lot of fun with it! My only regret is the noise which I was forced to add to mask some skin-to-skin blending, but it kinda gave it a TOS feel. I'm glad you liked it! ♡

how do you get the faces of all the kirks so good ?? love the comics pls make more !!

First of all, thank you so so much, I have more on the way! ♡ Secondly, LOTS of references (especially for Paul Wesley's Kirk, I hardly knew his face before). I can kinda draw Shatner freehand but I use refs for Chris Pine too. His profile is very distinct ^^'

Do you mind if I ask... how on earth did you get a text post up to 900+ notes in less than a week?? 😳🤯😭 (ie your headcanons list) I am also a spirker and I have been here for 5 years but it's taken that whole time for anything I've posted to even get into triple digits. (Although it may be that my work is just... that bad 🤦‍♀️😔 genuinely and objectively, entirely possible.)

Sorry if this is just a rude thing to ask, I don't mean any offense and I ADORE your h/cs in that post 😭 I just don't understand what I'm doing wrong 🤦‍♀️
